Norway's Skjerahaug speaks to the media after MAG 3rd subdivision qualifications
DOHA: Comments from Stian Skjerahaug of Norway after the third subdivision of men’s qualifications at Aspire Dome on Thursday.
On his performance (he ranked 11th All-around and Norway ranked seventh in team standings after three of 10 subdivisions).
I started off a little bit shaky on pommel horse, but I managed to pick myself up and do very well in the last five last apparatus, so I am really pleased with myself and really happy with Team Norway, so I hope that we can come among the top 24.
On his prospects for advancing to the 24-gymnast All-around final.
I don’t know how high of a score you need for the All-around final, but I cross my fingers that it’s enough. The same is with the team. Cross my fingers that Norway is in the top 24 teams, so that we can send a full team to next year’s Worlds, as well.
